Welcome to flourish! We are so extremely delighted to have you here! If you've made your way to us, we'd guess you are probably one of the following:

2. A female hoping to work in ministry in the future seeking out resources to prepare your heart & mind for the work God has called you to. Welcome! You are in the right place.

3. A male working alongside a female in ministry looking to know more about us and our experiences and how to affirm us with your words & actions. Welcome! You are in the right place.

Our aim with this site is to cater to all of those needs and even more. First & foremost, we hope to offer up our experiences, positive, negative & all those in-between out into the universe. We hope to open up a dialogue with fellow women in ministry to relate to, learn from and about. We hope to encourage and also share real life experiences for women who are to follow in our footsteps into the church world. God bless you, sister! So glad to have you! This work is beautiful, rewarding, infuriating, lonely, and so much more. We hope to enlighten our brothers in faith to what it's really like to walk in our shoes. It's not easy in the slightest, but we want you to know why.
